FrameCast™ Systems
FrameCast™ is perfect for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
Frames can be manufactured from timber or steel. The CemAirTM can be cast at any thickness and density required.
Mechanically fixed to the frame, the substrate or reinforcing provides an integral bond with the CemAir™. Additionally, it is varied in material and type to provide desired strength to the CemAirTM.
The precise formulae of the CemAir™ determine its characteristics. Density, additives, and fibre mixture are varied for desired results, and cast within the frame.
Machinery
CemAir™ raw material is cement slurry this can be obtained from onsite batching facility or sourced from any ready-mix concrete plant that has previously been given the proprietary mix formulae.
The appropriate additives are then mixed with the slurry and poured into the CemAirTM equipment.
The equipment can be designed by either mobile (truck mounted) or fixed manufacturing facility, with the delivery method application driven. Can also be hydraulically driven or by conventional electric motors.
The proprietary CemAirTM pump that was designed and manufactured in house is an industry first. It has the unique ability to regulate output density and volume in real time with a discharge rate that is application driven.
Output densities are infinitely variable from 200kg/m3up to 1800kg/m3.
The machinery has been proven with a full range of outputs. The proprietary CemAir™ has been tested and certified by N.A.T.A. laboratories.
FrameCast™ will design, manufacture, install and commission Project Specific Requirements. Maintenance and operation of equipment is also available if necessary. We can supply all consumables.
